1, 1, 2, 3, 5,

1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89……..each number is the sum of the two preceding numbers.
This progression of numbers is called the Fibonacci Sequence. It appears in nature a lot:
pine cones, seeds, branches in a tree, even rabbit population growth.
The other day I took this closeup of a flower. I marveled at the colors and natures
experience in packing seeds in the most efficient way!
